You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use phplago. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulation. Underage access is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one phplago account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended. Winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided without prior notice.
All phplago transactions — deposits, bets, wins, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
All phplago promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in each individual promotion's specific terms. Withdrawing bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements is not permitted.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and phplago ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phplago platform available at phplago.vip. By creating an account or using any phplago service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
"Platform" refers to the phplago website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible at phplago.vip. "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the phplago Platform. "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, bingo games, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products offered through the phplago Platform. "Balance" refers to the total of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a Player's phplago account. "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a phplago account separately from deposited funds.
2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register, access, or use any phplago service. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable.
2.2 You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registering and using phplago. The Company does not knowingly provide services to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful.
2.3 You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of phplago or any of its affiliated game providers.
2.4 By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and that you meet all eligibility requirements stated herein.
3.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phplago account. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplago login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.
3.3 phplago may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to first withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension.
3.4 You must promptly notify phplago if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phplago accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
4.2 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the phplago cashier section and are subject to change by the Company with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. phplago reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 phplago does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose their own fees, for which phplago bears no responsibility.
4.5 The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of any required identity or source-of-funds verification.
5.1 phplago offers promotional bonuses at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
5.2 Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your phplago wallet. Real money is wagered first unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
5.3 phplago reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds if: (a) a Player provides false information; (b) a Player exploits bonus terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose; or (c) suspicious wagering patterns are detected.
5.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between phplago accounts under any circumstances.
6.1 All games available on phplago use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and are subject to independent testing and certification. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment under controlled studio conditions.
6.2 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phplago will endeavor to resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant game provider's documented error-handling procedures. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. This includes but is not limited to bots, scripts, exploit-based betting systems, and collusion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phplago Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.
8.1 All content on the phplago Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of phplago or its licensed content providers. No part of the phplago Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without express written consent from the Company.
8.2 phplago grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.1 phplago collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phplago.vip/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
9.2 By creating a phplago account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting phplago support, subject to any legal obligations that require data retention.
10.1 phplago is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss thresholds through the account dashboard.
10.2 Self-exclusion tools are available to any phplago account holder at any time. A Player who self-excludes will be prevented from accessing their account and from creating new accounts for the duration of the exclusion period.
10.3 phplago strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. If the Company suspects a Player is underage, it reserves the right to suspend the account pending age verification and to void any winnings if underage play is confirmed.

11.1 The phplago Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phplago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.3 phplago's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the preceding thirty (30) days.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phplago shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
12.3 For disputes relating to game fairness or regulatory compliance, phplago operates under the jurisdiction and oversight of PAGCOR.
phplago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, phplago will provide reasonable notice via email or platform notification. Your continued use of phplago following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
